Today we had everyone in costume to see what would look like so if we need to make any changes with costume or make up or even the angel or scene we could change it before we do the real thing. There is no room for mistakes because I really want this mini clip to work.
I had my long top heels and tights on. I had also got my make up done by another person from a different group, with my hair out and wavy/curly to fit the film noir look since many people didn't have straight hair. Femme Fatal with curly hair look more evil in posters and in clips.
We had filmed outside the caretakers house because it looked like one of the oldest buildings in the school and the out side of it had a really nice setting because the cars were on the side giving us the advange to try out some recording. It had also had a good setting for the scene were the doomed hero meets the femme fatal as he is walking back from work.

This is what the scene looks like in real life and this is another photo t what it would look like with the effect.
There is a bush near the house and we are planning to do a moving pan, right to left, and move with the doomed hero as he is walking move and meets the femme fatal. This would make it more realistic and more of back in the day than modern 2016 buildings.
We had used natural light because we were outside and on a sunny day is a big advantage for us for be filming with great lighting and to be filming outside instead of it raining and can't be outside at all. With the natural light it would be casting a showdown which we could use for him walking towards the femme fatal , this would make the meeting more mysterious.
The camera angles which we had used , because we had a sort period of time we only had time to take 1 scene but twice in different angles, we used one angle were we could only see the doomed hero when he meets the femme fatal to focus on him and make the meeting mysterious and make people want to know what she looks like and whats going to happen next which would make them sit on the edge of their seat. Another camera angle we had used was a moving pan ,Right to left, with the doomed hero was he is walking towards the femme fatal but in a medium/ long shot, he would stop and put his hand on her shoulder as she turns around.

We didn't use any props in this scene as it wasn't needed but I had come up of and idea for what the doomed hero could use when he was coming home from work, he could be holding a brief case that could give some affect that he takes his work seriously and that could be indicate that maybe that was one if the reasons ways that he is depressed when he is doing the voice over.
Also the femme fatal should use a handbag to hold her 'stuff' e.g. make up,gun ect..... this could make a normal look for a women in the 1940's.
We read off the script today because we were unprepared a little but but that didn't make a difference as we were not using it that day.
